Aced!
School's out for a 3-day-break.
I'm typing this entry at Mom's workplace (the hospital). Y'know what I get for Algebra?
C! a C!
Last two quarters was just rocky: 1st quarter was F (I guess), 2nd quarter was D. Now it's a C! WOOOOOHHOOOOOO BAYBEEEEE!!!!
But that's not the point. I usually get something like 19/50 or 21/50 on that exam, but this time it's a 41/50! I was expecting 34 but this is worth it. 82%.
Physics' an A (?), ELA's a -B, IDK the rest.
Soon I'm getting braces for my lower teeth. It's gonna be a rocky week... and back to 4th quarter. DAMMIT!
Taught me 4 the better that it's looking in detail, not rushing. I think one thing that also aced my exams is taking the time. I used to rush while writing an answer because I didn't want to endure 2 hours of exam-taking, but since 2 hours is so long, I told myself "Hey girl I think you should use the time. It's better than sleeping in class." So I did.
Can't wait to tell mom this fabulous news once she arrives at the lobby.
Oh and after this I'm going to the mall. Woo. I guess?
